Q. How many students will be in a group class?
A. Group classes will be limited to six students to ensure everyone gets the best possible learning experience.
Q. What if I get sick and can’t make it to my scheduled class?
A. Unfortunately I can not offer refunds on previously purchased classes but I can offer you priority registration for upcoming classes.
Q. I’m a newbie to this. Will I be ok?
A. Absolutely! I demonstrate and explain as I work so you can see and hear the process. Then it's your turn at your workstation, where I will guide you and anser any questions.
Q. Will I be able to bring my work home with me when I am done?
A. Of course! Bring your work home and dazzle your friends and family with your new found skill. Post it all over your social media and don’t forget to tag @butadreamcakes
Q. Will I be able to bring home the tools I used in class?
A. Unfortunately you won't be able to bring home the tools provided in class. However, you will be provided a list of all tools used in class and where you can purchase them.
Q. Can gift certificates be used for cakes AND classes?
A. Yes, they sure can! Have friends or family dreaming of a custom cake for their wedding or special event? Give them the gift of cake! Or gift the baker, decorator or cake enthusiast in your life with a class!
Q. I am fully vaccinated. Do I need to wear a mask?
A. Fully vaccinated students are not required to wear a mask. Unvaccinated students will be asked to wear a mask and test prior to attending class. Proof of vaccination will be required upon registration.
Individual work stations will be provided. Students will be asked to not share tools for safety. Hand sanitizer will be provided at each station.
Q. I have special dietary needs. Can you accommodate them with the included lunch?
A. Let us know about any food restrictions/allergies when you book your class and we will do our best to meet your needs.
